Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA for allinwithai.com. That is a target we design and test against rather than a certification we claim to hold.

What we have built in

• Semantic headings and landmarks, with a skip link to the main content.
• Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus outline on every interactive element.
• Text contrast checked against the AA threshold, and no use of colour alone to carry meaning; the on-air state is announced in words as well as in red.
• Respect for the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system: the only animation on the site, the on-air indicator, stops.
• Labelled form fields, errors announced to screen readers, and a countdown that does not interrupt assistive technology as it ticks.
• Layout that reflows to 320px and survives 200% zoom without loss of content.
• No video that plays automatically, and no player loaded until you choose to load it.

Episodes and captions

Episodes are hosted on YouTube, which provides automatic captions on published video. Automatic captions make mistakes, particularly with product names and technical terms, and live broadcasts are the hardest case of all. We are working towards reviewed captions on each episode after broadcast. Transcripts are not yet available for the full archive.

Known limitations

• The embedded YouTube player is third-party software. Its controls and its own accessibility behaviour are outside our control.
• Automatic captions on older episodes have not been reviewed for accuracy.
• Live chat during broadcast happens on YouTube and follows YouTube's accessibility, not ours.

Assessment approach

This site has been reviewed by its build team using keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader spot checks, contrast measurement, and zoom and reflow testing. It has not yet had an independent third-party audit. When one takes place, we will say so here and publish what it found.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site or in an episode stops you getting to the content, please tell us at hello@aiinnovision.com. Describe the page and what happened, and we will reply within five working days. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will offer the content another way, including sending you an episode transcript on request.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the equality or accessibility regulator in your country. In the United Kingdom that is the Equality Advisory and Support Service; in the United States, the Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
