What you can ask for

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to stop or limit using it, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier. The privacy notice lists everything we actually hold, which for most visitors is nothing at all.

What happens next

• We log your request and start a 30-day clock.
• We may need to confirm you control the email address you gave, so that we don't hand someone else's data to the wrong person. We will not ask you for identity documents unless there is a genuine doubt.
• We reply within 30 days, or sooner where your local law requires it. Complex requests can be extended, and we will tell you before that happens.
• There is no charge.

If you're unhappy with our answer

You can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, your national supervisory authority.
