Privacy notice
This site is built to work without tracking you. Here is exactly what happens to information you give us.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by AI Innovision LLC, 8735 Dunwoody Place STE R, Atlanta, GA 30350, USA, publisher of All In With AI. For anything in this notice, including requests about your own data, contact hello@aiinnovision.com.
The short version
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking, and we never sell personal data.
- Nothing optional loads until you allow it. Refusing costs you nothing on this site.
- We only hold an email address if you asked for episode reminders, and you can leave at any time.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal automatically.
What we collect and why
Episode reminders
If you sign up, we store your email address, the first name you optionally give, the page you signed up from, the exact consent wording shown to you, and its version (currently 2026-09-03.v1). We use it to send a reminder before each Wednesday episode and occasional notes about the show. The lawful basis is your consent. We keep the record while you are subscribed, and for up to two years after you unsubscribe, purely as proof that the request and the withdrawal happened.
Your cookie and consent choices
When you accept, refuse, or change your choices, we record which purposes you chose, the wording you were shown, whether a Global Privacy Control signal was present, the page you were on, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. This is proof of consent, which the law requires us to be able to produce. The lawful basis is our legal obligation and legitimate interest in demonstrating compliance. These records are kept for up to three years.
Data-rights requests
If you make a request under the section below, we store your email address, your name and jurisdiction if you give them, the type of request, and anything you write to us. We use it only to identify you, answer the request, and prove we answered it in time. The lawful basis is our legal obligation. These records are kept for three years after closure.
Server logs
Our hosting provider processes standard request information (IP address, timestamp, page requested, and user-agent) to serve the page and protect the site from abuse. This is necessary for the service to function and cannot be switched off. It is retained briefly by the provider and is not used to build any profile of you.
Analytics
Analytics only runs if you allow it. When enabled, it counts page views without cookies and without any identifier that could follow you to another website. We use it to know which episodes people find useful. If you refuse, no analytics request is made at all.
Video and YouTube
Episodes are hosted on YouTube. The player is not loaded until you allow media and press play. Before that, even the thumbnail is served from our own domain, so no request reaches Google. Once you press play we load the player from youtube-nocookie.com, and at that point Google receives your IP address and device information and may set storage in your browser under its own terms. This is Google's processing, not ours. See the cookie notice for detail.
Who else sees your data
Our hosting and database provider stores the records described above on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Our email provider sends the reminders. Google processes video playback if and only if you have allowed media. We do not disclose personal data to anyone else except where the law compels us.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. You never have to pay for exercising a right, and doing so will not change what this site gives you.
Use the data rights form, and we will respond within 30 days, or faster where your local law requires it. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your national data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
The show is made for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page, change the date at the top, and, where the change affects an existing consent, ask you again rather than assume your old answer still applies.
