Cookie notice
Only the strictly necessary items below run by default. Everything else waits for you to say yes.
How consent works here
The banner has an equally prominent "reject" and "accept". Refusing is a single click, it is remembered exactly like an acceptance, and you are not asked again unless you open your preferences yourself. Nothing on this site is withheld from you for refusing.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a refusal of everything optional, without showing you a banner at all.
We keep a record of each choice, including the purposes you selected and the exact wording you were shown, currently version 2026-09-03.v1, because we have to be able to demonstrate consent. The privacy notice explains that record.
| Item | What it does | Category | Lasts | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| aiwa.consent | Remembers the choice you made here, so we neither nag you nor ignore a refusal. Stored in your browser, never sent anywhere as an identifier. | Strictly necessary | 12 months | This site |
| Session and security cookies | Serve the page and protect the site against request forgery and abuse. No profiling. | Strictly necessary | Session | This site / hosting provider |
| YouTube player storage (VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC, and similar) | Set by Google only after you allow media and press play, to run the video player and remember playback preferences. | Media | Session to 24 months, set by Google | Google (youtube-nocookie.com) |
| Cookieless page counting | Counts page views if you allow analytics. No cookie is set and no identifier is stored that could follow you to another site. | Analytics | No storage used | This site |
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: open your preferences below, or use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. Your change applies immediately. You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes the stored choice entirely. In that case the banner will appear again, because we would no longer know your answer.
